These Terms govern jobf.net and related services operated by BMGS GLOBAL, doing business as JobF.
Email job alerts
Email job alerts are optional, require an unchecked consent box to be selected and a separate mailbox confirmation, and are limited to up to once daily when relevant updates are available. Each email provides an unsubscribe link without a login requirement. Unsubscribing stops future sends; messages already in transit may still arrive. Complaints and failed delivery notifications stop further email sends to affected addresses. Email subscription does not subscribe you to SMS. A service-under-setup notice means new email subscriptions are not yet being accepted.
Using JobF
JobF provides tools and information that help job seekers discover opportunities and employers present roles. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid interfering with the website or other users. Job listings and employer information may change, and JobF does not guarantee employment, applicants, interviews, or hiring outcomes.
Accounts, listings, and applications
You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for protecting access credentials. Employers are responsible for their listings, hiring decisions, and compliance with employment laws. Job seekers are responsible for reviewing opportunities and deciding what information to submit.
JobF SMS program
You may opt in at https://jobf.net/sms by entering a US mobile number and actively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox. JobF may then send recurring job-match alerts, application updates, account notices, and related service messages to the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of using the core website.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to cancel text messages. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call +1 (662) 221-1439, or email support@jobf.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may depend on your carrier and device.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
JobF and its original content, design, and branding are protected by applicable laws. You may not scrape, copy, misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or access the service through unauthorized means, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. BMGS GLOBAL is not responsible for independent employers, candidates, third-party websites, or decisions made using information on JobF. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes and contact
